Assembly using hot-melt type adhesive is a cost effective, high speed technique for product assembly or package assembly. Various techniques are used to heat and dispense hot-melt; however there can be dispensing problems due to a variety of process conditions. Proper glue delivery can be verified by the T-GAGE.
