Please have the following information on-hand:
- Company name, phone numbers, contacts and bill-to address
- D&B#, if available
- Bank information
- Credit & Trade References (minimum 3)
- Tax Status (copy of Tax Exempt Certificates, Direct Pay Permits, etc.)
Once this information has been received, we will process your credit and get your account set up in our system.
